Why the US media shouldn't be relied on for mideast coverage

I'm not saying Israel has never done anything wrong, I am saying that there are a lot of misconceptions as well as lies about the true causes of the conflict influenced by a biased media against Israel and I've shown how those biases exists, put people just refuse to see it because of their own prejudices. Israel has never been the agressor in any of its conflicts, and there is no such thing as Israeli Apartheid. People don't see the months of rockets being fired on Israel's citizens, but as soon as Israel acts it's horrendous and stupefying and hard to understand why and people expect Israel to just take things like over a thousand rockets being fired at her on the chin and just sit and twiddle her thumbs. They also speak of a proportional response, but that's so much baloney as well.

Think about those two words and how it would apply to a military conflict. If things were required to be proportional, then no military conflict would ever end. Secondly, things would just escalate out of control. For example, since a thousand rockets have been fired, Israel should fire a thousand rockets back. And eye an eye. But people wouldn't have that either.

Israel is in a damned if they do and damned if they don't situation.

That'd be confusing liberal -democrat style, with liberal- anti-government. The media may be liberal towards gays, hollywood ect. But it is definitely nationalistic and therefor not liberal in the way we need it to be.

I'm not saying he doesn't get the translations wrong on occassion but I'd like to see instances where it's happened, *and* I can't imagine it would happen often before CNN wouldn't use him any more.
