Despite my complete lack of drive lately, I've noticed now that after I eat lunch every day, I want to lay down on the couch and take a nap. Sometimes I do.

I hate this feeling.

I'm seasonal myself. I absolutely hate snow and cold and am lethargic and grouchy much of the time during wintery hours.

I don't know that I believe in that seasonal defective disorder or whatever it's called.

I don't know why you wouldn't. For eons Literature has exemplified the symbolism of winter and it's affect on the human psyche. It's just that now we have a fancy name for it.

i've had this problem my whole life, and have had to move to lighter foods for lunch. try salads, etc, and maybe eat a little less than you normally do. the resultant 'still hungry' is oftentimes what keeps me going through to the end of the day.
