I guess my basic question is this. What were they afraid would happen? That fox news would ask a question like "So Mr Edwards, are you still beating your wife?"

What questions did they think would be asked that they wouldn't want to answer? And wasn't the debate between all Democrats?

I guess the loss is Fox News is the most popular news channel in the country. They would have gotten HUGE exposure with Democrats that are truly interested and maybe conservatives/others who wouldn't normally have watched it on one of the lesser news channels.

Seems like they had a good opportunity for some great exposure but they (as said above) pussied out for some reason.

I see questions, not statements. And they have those things on the bottom of news/opinion all the time. it's a 24 hour news channel. All they could find where 5 questions?

I don't think it's about being afraid of anything really, I think it's fairly obvious that Fox was not going to provide coverage that was "fair and balanced" to Democrats, and ultimately this is for the best.

IMO, the less legitimacy that network is given by Democrat, Libertarian, etc, participation, the better. They're nothing but a huge conservative and I honestly feel sorry for anyone who gets any significant portion of their news from them. AP feeds and other things not withstanding obviously.

People can make anecdotal comparisons to one or two specific situations or make broad generalizations about the other networks all they want, there's no organizational effort with bias in mind like there is at Fox.

Why would you want a wife who in your bedroom is a woman who engages in promiscuous sexual intercourse, usually for money; prostitute; harlot; strumpet?

I'm curious about statements you made that are in line with germane issues to the thread

Can't you answer a simple question?
