Personally I'm ok with it as long as the person wasn't convicted of a violent crime like robbery, assault, murder, rape, etc. I think it's a bit wacky someone thought of this though.

| Depends on the crime but I can see a whole host of lawsuits coming about from such legislation. One unlucky person will have a kidney failure after donating one resulting in his death where his family promptly sues the state. | ||||
