News flash. The people of Lebanon and Palestine elected governemnts with platforms that focused on the destruction of Isreal. The Kurdish government has no such platform with Turkey.

Hezbollah was only elected to seats in the south of Lebanon, where their own constituents live. The primary gov't of Lebanon and most of their elected officials want Hezbollah gone. Hezbollah is backed by Iran and Syria financially and Syria has an interest in destabilizing Lebanon. Over 35% of the Lebanon population are Christian and also have elected officials. It has been widely reported that the gov't is simply too weak to rid Hezbollah from their country.
