I have two main issues with Edwards. I do not like his healthcare plan and I do not like his plan for Iraq.

I thought Obama already owned up to his cocaine usage?

Yes, he owned up to cocaine usage...thats why its not an ongoing media story...which is good ebcause it would ruin his campaign, but its bad because when the "moderator" says the question infront of tens of millions of people in October, a lot of indepedents are going to go *gasp* he used...cocaine?!?!?

I didn't hurt George W that much.

7 years ago when i was 18-19 I thought it was a big deal that W used that drug in the past. In the last 7 years I have been around and seen people use it and I can say it is really not a big deal to me anymore.

Some people say it gave Gore 1-2pts at the end, and that was DUI which everyone and their brother has done in many parts of the country

This is cocaine, I know people who have done it, but I know a lot of people who don't know ANYONE who ever did cocaine...

But everyone knows someone who DUId

My senior year of HS in Homeroom the kid behind me would do a line every morning. He was a friend and offered it to me a lot but I never did it. I LOVED pot, and I knew if I tried Coke I would like that even more. So I just stayed away.

There is an old joke that Republicans pick their candidate like we pick the "American Idol " . Democrats pick their candidate like picking the winner of "College Bowl " . It is something to think about.

I can't say that I have loved either one. Coke is a way different buzz. Pot mellows you out and coke just makes you talk 90 mph and stay up till 4am. Neither of them has roped me in to being addicted to it. I am more of a recreational purpose type user..maybe once every 3-6 months i'll give either a whirl.

He probably did his line in the morning so he could stay awake because the lines he pulled last night kept him up till 5am.

Did anyone notice the Giuliani/Edwards numbers look within a margin of error? I thought the Bush low polls were doom and gloom for any Republican? Not that I would make much of this anyway. The Democrats have been given far more media and the Primary battle has not even begun yet. Money is the most important thing at this point and Obama is holding his own. And if Obama keeps his word to David Letterman he wont grovel to be Hillary's #2 like I predict Edwards will. They deserve each other being two very self-absorbed people.

It is true that everything can change when the real ( primary) campaigning starts later this year. The whole landscape may look completely different.
