| Taking those from Iran hostage in Iraq when they were in Iraq at the behest of the Iraqi government just shows the US does not respect the Iraqi government. While the troops have authority to operate in Iraq, but taking them prisoner and not releasing them is undermining the authority the government in Iraq has runs counter the stated US goals in Iraq. | ||||
