Hannity attacks Liberal Internet/Moveon.org

Interesting watch.

He talks about a lot including the Hillary Clinton stunt on the website that black-faced Lieberman. It's interesting to see the conservative perspective. I think he made a lot of really good points, points that would normally be made on an internet forum and typically don't make it to the news.

Moveon is sponsered by far left extremists and filters their information down to other news sources. Not to mention they sponser many democrats on the hill.

I am not sure anyone listens to moveon.org without the prior knowledge that they are a left oriented organization. This is just like Olbermann shitting on hannity and orielly for being right wingers.

I don't really have a lot of respect for Hannity or Moveon.org. Though I will agree with either one of them occasionally, I feel dirty after and immediately evaluate my position. Hannity and Moveon.org are major components that are screwing up our political system.

Moveon.org or hannity have a right to endorse which ever candidates they want. They are both extremes for each side of the isle. They just both happen to be full of shit most of the time.

First of all it was a segment on a Sunday new commentary program, not the news.

Compare that to people who do act as though Moveon, Daily Kos, and Crooks and Liars are "News" outlets!

I feel dumber now for having watched that. I feel as though factual information that would have undoubtedly helped in the future has been drummed out of my mind, as I made an effort to grasp and understand this low-brow commentary.

The music and selection of Hannity's words were especially infantile and short-sighted -- along with being of course alarmist right-wing BS at it's heart and core.

Hannity has always been the type thats like "If liberals get control, gays will be married having sex all over the streets infront of your children while terrorists blow up buildings associated to our new 4th branch of islamic fundamentalist government. Welfare will replace our military and we will have lines for canned food and water and the wealthy will be poor from the huge tax increases to 35%."

But that was not the point of the story. The bias is a given. The point was the amount of influence these organizations now have over the party. The attack candiadtes like Lieberman who don't move far enough to the left to their liking.

They say things with confidence like:

“Now it's our Party: we bought it, we own it, and we're going to take it back.”

I would think more Democrats would be concerned about the amount of power the internet has handed to non-party organizations. This certainly cuts both ways, but the left seems to be out in front at the moment.

I see quotes. So I wonder if you can back any of that up or are we just playing straw man so we can ignor the implications of the story?

I find it hilarious someone would watch Hannity to get some "news"

Even if he has a valid point to make, the guy was basically defending prostitution the other day with this "DC Madam" scandal because it was a Republican.. and they were "lonely" and wanted some "companionship"

Give me a break, this guy is one of the biggest political hacks to ever exist

It's entertaining to watch both of them state their extreme positions, which are both pretty ludicrous IMO.

moveon.org is not Hannity...Hannity is a total hack

Moveon is a community organization and democratic sponsoring machine that moves against democratic interests during many times, they don't toe the line like Hannity

the analysis of where MO get its money is lacking information, and I am sure whatever "far left" organizations give them money, also give to the DNC, just like the RNC gets tons of money from individual or group donations that are extremely radical...do they have to interview ever donation before they accept it?
