She was on probation because she was caught while driving under the influence and reckless driving, among many other traffic violations that put other peoples lives at risk. It's not a victimless crime when you put the public in danger with bad decisions.

One the other hand, it's not going to happen so lets just keep the punishments even across the board. No special treatment for these people. She violated a court order. I don't feel bad for her. I feel bad for the guy who gets thrown in jail for having a seed in his ashtray.

| Isn't her crying, not eating, and being miserable what everyone wanted out of this in the first place? What would the reaction be if she was all uppity, and enjoying herself? She can't win. | ||||

| if I ever serve a jail sentence (and here is to hoping I never) I shall attempt the "not eating" method of garnering an early release, though I suspect at minimum 6 months before anyone would notice | ||||

| I heard Sharpton has demanded the release of every prisoner who can claim the same condition as Paris. Do you see lots of medical claims coming...... | ||||

| Yup. And the judge is thinking about handing out a Contempt of court order to the Sheriff that decided to let her go. I wonder how much the Hilton family offered that guy to let her out early.Paris Hilton Ordered to Return to Court | ||||

| I agree, she should be sent back and if she does havea legitimate issue (other than whining about the food and incarceration as a whole) that warrants medical attention, I am sure there is a prison hospital that can handle it just like they do for many other inmates. | ||||

| I was thinking the same thing. Send her to prison or handcuff her to a hospital bed and lock the door.

| So all Libby has to say is that prison makes him sick and he can go home? This sounds like a mockery of our judicial system. The judge is rightfully pissed. | ||||
