Hey, it's obvious you aren't taking this seriously and are just responding for the sake of responding. Cuba is a disgrace and the people of Cuba who live here for the most part support the embargo. Nothing will change with Cuba until Castro dies. When that happens hopefully they will open their boarders and we will have a fantastic place to go for vacation.

They are investigating Moore for breaking laws. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't, but we'll know soon enough. Do you disagree with them doing so? Do you support Moore breaking the law simplyl because you disagree with the law?

I am stating the laws are ignorant. NO, I am not defending his actions. If he broke the law, he should be punished. The problem with your statement though is that he is being investigated in a CIVIL situation...not a criminal one. I think these laws and embargos are pathetic.

We'd have the coast guard there anyway. They're not enforcing the embargo, they're keeping people from boating ashore. Embargo or no, we'd still have boats there.

Jesus you argue about some stupid shit sometimes. "Spies"...take that fucking word to mean FBI, CIA, SPOOK, ANY GOVERNMENT BODY WATCHING CASTRO. And yes, the documents are old...but I am certainly going to assume that anything more recent (why 2001 isn't recent enough I don't know) is still classified. If you are stupid enough to say NOBODY in this country is gathering intelligence on Castro...there's no hope for you. Seriously.

And as far as my making of statements I can't back up...Sometimes when something is well known, like "the sun rises in the East" you shouldn't have to post proof of it. Especially to people who are supposed to be smarter than fucking cockatoos.

The sun rises in the east was proven and didn't change. Or if it did change we'd know in less than 24 hours.
