| Every poor district needs artificially created jobs Actually a basic level, what they need is investment, whether it comes from the private sector or federal government makes no difference Will you address the substance of my post, or still claim that every bit of land is being used, despite the fact that Nebraska's lands are so neglected in areas that they spend 10 years without any use, allowing a court to award title to others who have been using their land as their home or business for 10 YEARS without the owner ever warning them ONCE | ||||

| Ohio has plenty of spare room for people if needed, infact it could easily double in population without much fuss... PA has room, NY has room, WV has room, KY has room, VA has room, TN has room.... etc etc etc... the country is nowhere near capacity. | ||||

The only way jobs are created in any signficant number is via federal funding...like in other employment troubled states.
Useful land can only be utilized for so many years before it becomes useless for a few years, while it recovers nutrients. It is one reason why corn ethanol for alternative fuels is not a long term solution. You can only grow corn in the same field for so many seasons before your soil is useless. Anyway, it still does not change the fact they are an economic burden, here against the law, and hired against the law. We don't need them. | ||||

| Increased population can increase job opportunities - the service industry, manufacturing, government, education, police, etc etc etc all have to grow to deal with more people. | ||||

| So any example I give is just "0.05%" and no matter how many examples I show, I'd have to get geological team to survery the entire state before anyone could ever convince you that Nebraska has ANY room for a hispanic hard-working family Which is ridiculous, considering just one of those cases could give land enough to sustain a hispanic family, and those lands were "bought" with nothing, so there goes your cost problems, they just have to find all the abandoned land (which, by the cases, seems to be significant) and move in...Nebraska land owners are so uncaring about their "maximized" land that you can live there for TEN YEARS without a problem, and then it's yours? You said 30 cases, a quick glance finds about 20 recent cases (the search cut me off at 20 results) 1 Wil-A-Dar Farms, Inc. v. | The total land area of Nebraska is 49.2 million acres. In 2002 the total farm land was 45.9 or 93.3% of our state. In that same year land in house lots, ponds, roads, wasteland, etc is 1.06 million, aka 2% of our state. We use most of our shit. No, not every example you give is 0.05% of our total state. All of the examples you can find combined are probably 0.05% of our total state. | ||||

| It's called case law, and it has a 200+ year tradition in the United States It sounds more like a property law issue than a constitutional issue...potential tenants have rights in their application, and landlords are not allowed to force people to show them a certain level of detail from their personal lives in situations, I imagine it is probably from that line of logic | ||||
