Yep. The only reason why I tune into Hannity's radio show during my hour commute home is to understand the opinion of "freedom-loving" facists. I still laugh and roll my eyes everytime I hear one of Hannity's callers give the Heil Hitler equivalent salute of "You're a great American!"

FNC doing this, and then the inability of some to distinguish between conspiracy theory and cause/effect discussion, illustrates how delusionally black and white conservative thinking has become-- for them, it truly is that you're either with us or against us.

Their minds honestly make no distinction between anyone who's lumped into that group. Illuminati theories are on par with examination of American foreign policy's influence on the jihadist movement.

I really don't think it's a rhetorical tool. It's a pathology.

I love listening to Hannity. It's great fun because the man will defend Republicans absolutely no matter what they do. So naturally the more Republicans are falling on their faces, the more amusing it becomes to watch him to do back flips to justify them.

You're absolutely right. He spent the opening segment of his show today calling the immigration bill "the Teddy Kennedy bill" and laid the blame at the feet of the Democrats. Nevermind that the Whitehouse participated in the negotiation process and that Bush is foaming at the mouth to sign it - no mention of this from Hannity.
