this is assuming the NK test A) wasn't designed to hit a US target with people B) didn't cause any physical damage to a building or something Ofcourse, even though we'd be obliged to strike back to show force...NK has nukes and that's the bottom line, we might be forced to give up our obligations in the name of saving Tokyo from a nuclear holocaust (i think it's the least we owe them after the firebombings/nuke attacks) | ||||
