While I wasn't a CLOSE friend with her it def sucks to see her go. She was an amazing person, liked by everyone.

I'm curious to see if there is any motive, possible rape, etc but I doubt that will be released until they find the killer, which the police feel strongly they will.

@Motivez - I am also amazed at the level of attention this abduction has been given. I drove by the parking lot (8 hours after her body was found) at Kmart and there still are 50+ cars and a tent and whatnot setup with people standing around. I didn't feel comfortable stopping. Soo many people have helped with the search, even people who didn't know her and it made National News. But I do feel it was good to get it out to help find her before it was/is too late.


What I don't get is the cell phone made the ping off the cell tower close to where she was found around 9ish saturday night and they just now found her 2 days later.

nope the police chief wasn't releasing many details at all. The guy did have a truck that matched the description and is believed to be the person seen in the security video at Target.

Doesn't help though, he still has to suffer (and get punished in addition) and the killer basically does not have to deal with the consequences of his actions

Sure he does. He's in hell and can no longer talk to family, laugh, smoke, eat etc. It might be worth it.
