Nah, I've never read it. I'm going to start reading The Hero With A Thousand Faces, by Joseph Campbell. I'm pretty excited about it, actually. I've been a huge fan of this guy for a while now, but I still haven't read any of his books. I read the preface last night. It was

I have read both books mentioned above. They are both great books. Life of Pi is ok but Joseph Campbell is excellent. I would recommend his book anytime. Don't get me wrong Pi is good but it is one of those books that you forget the content of shortly after reading it. Campbell will stay with you a long time. I am an avid reader and like to read most things and am easily pleased from Grisham, to the classics (just finished all the oldies again), to the intellectual, to the spiritual (ie Tibetan book of the dead, or Gandhi)

currently reading, The assualt on Reason by Gore. Good book with good points to be made.

Really?! YOU?! Of all people, I figured you would have read that thing overnight.

I found out that a few local libraries have cassettes of it, so I think I'll go get that and rip it. I'd rather have an audio book of it anyway.

PS-
Here's a lazy link if you want to see if there's a cassette of it near you:
WorldCat: The hero with a thousand faces

I haven't been able to read a book in a while. Maybe I b0rked my brain.

I actually think it would be good as an audiobook. I might have to drive the 65 km and grab the nearest audiobooks... or leech some more off you.
