We were in Utah for my wifes family reunion. We rented out a whole little ski village and had the place to ourselves. It was a great time. While we were there the resort was replacing an older 2 seat lift with a hight speed 4 chair lift. They were using a helicopter to remove the poles. Check this out.

Here is the guy waiting for the K-Max chopper to get there.

And here it comes.

Chopper pilot brings the 30-40 foot cable to the guy. Really good flying here.

All hooked up and ready to go. The guy now climbes down the pole and the helicopter puts some upward pressure on the pole....

while the guys at the base remove the last bolts. As soon as they bolts are loose....

away goes the pole where the pilot dumps it in the parking lot.

I watched this guy fly for like an hour. He was amazing.
