| so i'm drunk so i just came home from a first date. rewind. i'm a bit drunk. more rewind. i dumped my boyfriend last saturday, so um, a week and 2 days ago. my girlfriends took me out to cheer me up that night and when I was out I met another guy named Tim who's from Munich. I studied in Munich back in college and thus we started talking. fast forward, i finally accept a 'first date' of sorts for tonight after work to go sailing on the Charles river. what a grown up date I think. i'm used to drinks at hole in the wall bars or whatever. anyway so I go. it's fun and I sort of learn how to sail without capsizing the boat. ballz, he's a postdoc too, but for harvard. fucking crazy shit man. anyway, so it's fun. we go out for drinks afterwards and end up meeting some cuban guy in some hole in the wall bar (of course) in Harvard square and we end up talking about what's going to happen when Castro dies (in drunken rambling spanish). we think if a Democrat is in power US isn't going to do shit, but if a Repub is in power, we might show some force. then Haitian bartender pipes in. then we go out to eat at 9:30. damn i was hungry. and drunk. good times. not really looking to jump into another relationship, but met a cool guy to hang out with that's from Munich (where I lived) and also has studied in Seville, (where I also studied abroad in Spain in college) and likes the same music. good times. just wanted to share in my drunkin state as of now.  and before you ask Donkey/Dos/other saps, no noodz. so solly rady.
