What a joke from their FIRST LINK

They completely get the Captain Jamil story wrong...he was identified and confirmed by the Iraqis who then put out a search warrant and he hasn't been heard from since...he was either tortured and releassed or tortured and killed...way to go "media busters"

this is basically just another far right-wing group trying to pose as being objective, they rest their final conclusion on Malkins far-right claims to try and save face

They found one story, which they attributed to saying a mosque was completely destroyed (the article didn't say that) and when they found the mosque was not completely destroyed, said obviously everything he ever said was a lie

This link has something to do with Jamal Hussein? I also don't see how a guy who went by numerous false names and disappears after being exposed (but before the arrest warrent) is presumed dead. Nor do I see how it makes the story leading up to his presumed death inaccurate.

It may be a futile exercise? There is no point in revealing factual errors and clear bias when all the opponents to non-PC truth will do is point to the very same sourses without foundation for their mis-reporting other than a media letterhead. But if just one person learns to think for themselves and question authority of any political persuasion it is worth it.

Death squads have made some accusations that he went by false names from what I can gather

if you don't think an arrest warrant by a shia death squad means torture...is like me saying that US troops are killing civilians only, not insurgents...all those confessions are forced and those bodies are all innocent people, can you PROVE to me that they're insurgents?

It makes a story innaccurate when places like this site go "YOU'RE LYING YOU'RE LYING, THERE IS NO IRAQI SOURCE FOR THIS, NO POLICE OFFICER, ITS ALL BS GIVE US A NAME" for months and months, and when it reaches critical and name is found out, they go "well, we hear from the death squads that he had some other name and...well apparently he's done missing...in Iraq...imagine that...there's a first for everything"

I never mentioned torture in this thread and quite frankly don't see the relevance...

What I said was his suggested fate has nothing to do with the media stories that he wrote or the fact that they have some serious flaws. The site is about media inaccuracies, not someone's belief that a reporter was tortured. There are a lot of documented flaws in his work, that's what the site is about, not internet theories of his fate.
