Ok, so I know it confused everyone before when the original thread about the charges being brought against me was changed. My lawyer asked me not to tell anyone. I think things have progressed now to the point that it's ok to talk about them. I got the complaint yesterday ...

| Update: felony charges Ok, so I know it confused everyone before when the original thread about the charges being brought against me was changed. My lawyer asked me not to tell anyone. I think things have progressed now to the point that it's ok to talk about them. I got the complaint yesterday telling me when to appear before the magistrate's office. That date is Aug 7. They are now filing felony charges against me. | ||||

| damn man that is ridiculous. Usually the prosecutor will go after anything he can so that he looks good, but as long as you have a good lawyer, and a jury trial, you won't get those charges. They always look at who you are, what type of person you are. etc. You're not exactly a street thug that needs to be taught a lesson. Hopefully they will let you off with a misdemenor and a fine or something.  If not, you can always start a lucrative carrer in the rap industry. I hear felons are quite popular in that crowd. | ||||
