![]() I'm just saying what my rhuma told me here: the idea that a joint gets "misaligned" is flawed, because the tendons around that joint would tighten considerably and you'd know it. A lot of times this can happen and the tendon just fixes the joint (it tightening is acting like a splint to make sure the joint doesn't actually get hurt is our bodies' natural defense). If you sprain your ankle, for instance, you have bent your joint too far (or twisted it too far) and the tendons reacted, holding the joint in place until any torn tissue is repaired. I think we need to be more conscious of fitness moreso than some magic "joint alignment." You need to work with your body's evolutionary developments, not against them. | ||||
