I'm talking about other bills, in the beginning of the term the GOP really screwed up the Dems plans by having "motions to recommit" for basically EVERY BILL (something the Dems didnt do) and new members (and some veterans) thought they were voting FOR the bill to move along, and thus the GOP got enough Dems to switch during votes to fuck up a bill they all wanted to pass...there are more examples but it's not like I keep a list
