Activist Judges are evil

It usurps power of the legislature, thereby diminishing the rule of law and democracy. An unelected judicial branch has no legitimate grounds to overrule policy choices of duly elected representatives, absent a real conflict with the constitution.

Supreme Court, Justice, Supreme Court Justice, illegal, unconstitutional, Gun Control, global warming, climate change, abortion.

I doubt that the founding fathers of our constitution would approve of activist judges.

The separation of church and state is a joke. Amendments should be made to block abuse of power by the judicial, executive and legislative branches of government.

Too bad the democrats and republicans will uphold roe vs. wade.

Just trying to see if WJ is a bot. I put in as many "key words" as I could to try and illicit a response. I'm not sure about his reply in this thread. He's not a bot.

He's just a well-read philosopher of sorts. His posts are too inconsistent to be a bot.
