Ok, so, like we've been asking you the entire thread, WHY do you think they're right? And "because it's the law" isn't an answer (that's actually a fallacy called "Begging the Question")

Precedent is also on Bush's side in this wiretapping business... Just because you agree with precedent doesn't make you right, nor does the fact that there is a precedent mean it's a good idea.

No, it's called "change the law if you don't like it."

BTW, this is nothing like Bush...the courts have slapped his ass down after he did what he wanted to.

I hate the war on drugs...I think it is a waste of time and money. It had brought about a number of questionable laws. In this case, I agree with the courts. Sorry you guys can't deal with that.
