But, what about the extent that scientists are claiming? Why are Gore and Hollywood more significant to your position than actual scientists?

You shouldn't expect other people to provide the evidence for your own baseless assertions of fact.

If you don't care about the subject (and the science and the facts involved in the discussion about that subject) why do you think anyone would care about your opinion on the subject?

You can't just claim something is true when it is not. If it is true, you better be prepared to back it up. At the very least, describe how you arrived at your opinion.

Have you seen "An Inconvenient Truth?" Can you name one specific quote or claim from Al Gore that you honestly think justifies you describing him as calling people "terrible," or that honestly made you think he had gone off the "deep end?" I've asked you those questions before, and you ignored them. I'm curious. I really want to know. I'm suspecting that the answer to those questions is "no", and that in reality you've let people who already hate Al Gore define him for you and give you the false assertions that lie at the foundation of your distaste for him regarding global warming.

If you're self-admittedly too lazy to back up your assertions of fact, especially when you're wrong, and you freely admit that that STILL wouldn't change your opinion on the subject, why do you think anyone would want to discuss any serious subject seriously with you?
