Scarborough has made it seem like it was a very high percentage of the newsroom. Obviously Scarborough wasn't, but when it's that many people who were charged with covering the event, you have a huge problem. And it shows a huge institutional bias. He clearly states the newsroom. Then Brzezinksi tries to clarify "some people", not the newsroom. Joe corrects her and says "A lot of people..."

Surely you can find a bias 2003 articles from NBC that covered the event, since these people are so obviously bias and can't help themselves

If you actually read it, only 4 people in whole newsroom cheered about Rove, and the editor responded by reporting it

Then they interview MSNBC employees and come back with Bill Press who says that's categorically untrue about 2003, and furthermore really show how stupid it as by the extreme right-ward tilt of news coverage of the speech

How can there be this huge liberal bias in the newsroom that night yet they go out and act like pawns of the Bush administrations that night?

BTW Media Matters is a lot more credible than Fox News...care to show me some big mistakes Media Matters made, how they mis-reported something? I have a full list for Fox News, show me your list from Media Matters

He just said he doesn't believe it. He wasn't there, but he doesn't believe it. Oh yea, case closed.

And I did make a mistake with the post that the entire newsroom was involved. That happens when one does not fact check before trying to make a point. I don't think it makes the post about media bias any less significant. But it was dumb, and it just sets me up for the remarks of those who would rather defend rather than debate.

I'm sure they're not lying. I'm willing to be there's plenty of people at MSNBC who won't admit their bias

They haven't proved anything so they have nothing to lie about. It's merely their opinion.

No actually it wasn't his opinion. It was his first hand account of the incident something media matters is severely lacking. But it was a good try.

I attacked him and his own words directly. I didn't go on conservopedia and cut/paste someone's speculation and consider the matter case closed.

A speculative article on MediaMatter is no different than some lame-brained speculative piece on any other ultra-biased website. It's actually quite the same.
