Cnn.com has nothing about the republican debate in NH last night

I just went on CNN.com to read a little bit about the Republican debate last night and not a word is on the front page about it. here's a screen shot. if i'm not seeing it, please point it out to me...

CNN.jpg

the only mention I see of the debate last night is in this article

"Thompson's Republican rivals poked fun at his absence from a debate in New Hampshire on Thursday night shortly before his announcement."
going back I see the GOP article by the Fred Thompson article mentioning Ron Paul and Mike Huckabee at the debate last night, but nothing on the other candidates.

on Msnbc I found this article right away.

Interesting since I read this morning that McCain was the clear winner (good for him) last night and Romney was the clear loser....

Since I didn't see the debate, anyone else who did catch it, can you give me your view?

thanks.

I watched part of it last night. Ron Paul got quite a bit of applause from the crowd.

The thing that just pissed me off and about made me turn the channel is how every one of them claimed the presidents job is to make sure we are 'safe'. They further used that as justification for warrentless spying, torture, etc. Ron Paul was the best man on that stage, followed by John McCain in a distance second... imho.

i heard the exchange between Huckabee and Paul on the radio this morning ... Huckabee came off sounding like a complete idiot, whereas Paul came across very logical and well put together. Paul definitely got the better of that exchange, if for no other reason than it seems to be the biggest headline from the debate. Woo, free publicity!

What they should be reporting on is how much of a biased fucked up hack Faux News is.

There was laughing every time Paul's name was mentioned. When Paul said we should come home from Iraq, the moderator asked him if, as President, he would take his marching orders from Al Qaeda.

Paul didn't back down though and yelled "NO, I WILL TAKE MY MARCHING ORDERS FROM THE US CONSTITUTION."

um Fox is reporting that Paul came off sounding better than Huckabee... well anyway, the fox readers are saying either that they loved Paul or that he's certifiable!

That is not a Fox article. That is a comment page. Of course viewers like Paul. Viewers always like Paul. The media is the one with the problem with Paul.

Lets all Forget how this was treated by CNN as a non story compared to more Democrat debates than I can count? Perhaps they are jelous because the Fox debate got more ratings than any previous debate for the 2008 election. Bill Clinton on Larry King got a fraction!

And yes, that was a good audiance for Ron Paul. Somebody should thank Fox for giving him that many viewers instead of throwing rocks!

And McCain did the best he has done in some time. I don't think it will salvage his campaign, but he is not out of the race just yet.

And I loved the line about how Fred could not make the debate because "perhaps it is past his bedtime?"
