Is this a new law in the czech republic? I've never heard of weed being completely legal there before. Interestingly enough, even in countries where it's officially illegal, sometimes it's virtually legal. For example, when I was in Spain, there were prominent cafes on main streets where literally everyone was openly smoking hash at all hours. This was considered completely normal, and apparently the police didn't care, apart from the occasional crack down on dealers.

There needs to be a revamp of the drug policy. Either enforce it fully or rewrite the laws. The middle ground is the confusion. In cali you can possess certain amounts of mary-j but that same amount might out your in jail in Texas. There needs to be consitent enforcement all around or just make it legal.

You cannnot have wishy washy laws that state this amount is legal but this much more is not. Personally I think weed should be legal and get tougher on the harder stuff.

Drugs are bad and they can be very bad. The problem is that all drugs are grouped together. Weed is nowhere near as bad as coke. Coke is not as bad a meth. Weed IMO should be legal. Coke and Meth should not. I know there are different schedule of drugs but the enforcement for all illegal drugs is the same. That is the problem.
