I predict Spears will be dead before Christmas

If she loses custody of her kids I say she OD's within the year. Not because she hates that she is losing her kids, I think she probably doesn't care that much. But because she isn't in control of her life and everything that happens is bad. She's not strong enough to take it.

Britney Spears could lose custody of her two little kids as early as Monday morning.

This is a real possibility, thanks to crusading Los Angeles attorney Gloria Allred. She’s bringing a “secret” witness to court Monday for the custody battle between Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Forget reports that the “secret” witness doesn’t matter or won’t be heard. In fact, last week Allred filed a signed declaration from the witness, described only as a man who’s had close observation of Spears' behavior with her kids.

The judge in the closed hearing case, Commissioner Scott Gordon, has the declaration, and does not have to rule on it. He can simply read it and enter it into the case’s existing papers. The only way the witness would testify is under cross examination. In other words, the declaration has already served as testimony. It would only be if Spears’ side decided to question that the witness would be asked to speak.

And the witness will be there with Allred at 8:30 a.m. I am told that the witness could blow Spears’ chances of keeping little Sean Preston and Jayden James. The likely observations from the witness concern drug usage by Spears in her home and in front of her kids.

I have never cared much for Brittney and still don't understand why so many are so totally wrapped up in her life. I do however feel very sad to see this situation unfolding. I do not believe that she is fit to be a mother she is much to selfish. The only group here in the end that is suffering from all of this in not her but the poor children that are in the middle of all this nonsense. Handing the children off to Mr. Federline is almost just as bad. I hope the the children have enough sense about them as they grow up that they will see the mistakes of their parents and not follow the same path. Althought I figure this is so highly unlikely because of the enviornment they will grow up in and the pure lack sense of the parents will bestow upon these kids. Good luck to them!

I really think her career and the media was her demise. She wasn't mentally ready to handle the fame and the effects it would have on her private life.

That is probably true for a certain number of celebrities no matter what. I hope the prediction here is wrong, but I would not be shocked if it came true at any moment!

She is an idiot that has no grounding and caught up in the famous hollywood scene and just so happened to marry another idiot and had kids. If she worshipped something other than vanity and superficial stuff maybe she can turn her life around.

What a fucking dumb bitch. She seriously deserves to lose custody of her kids, as apparently they don't mean more to her than partying.

I heard on the radio last night that apparently they have a witness who will testify that they saw Britney doing drugs in front of her kids. Not just on drugs, but actively taking them right in front of her kids.

Dont get pregnant just becuase its a trnd. Just because Paris Hilton doesnt wear knickers, doesn't mean you should get out of limos and show the world you "forgot yours".
