and BTW, i think the definition the constitution gives is pretty good, but why should we respect the constitution right

anyway, if Hezbollah wanted to kill us, it could, it has cells in America that could kill hundreds maybe thousands with a mere word, and it has armies of loyalists who would go into Iraq with the same technology that destroyed dozens of Israeli tanks

However, they specifically have not attacked us in either places, because they are an anti-Israeli organization...it'd be the same as fearing the IRA would blow us up a few decades ago when they were active in Europe...watch out an Irishman!

Nowhere has he tried to make a constitutional or legal debate. He said in his book, it's treason. And by the popular definition, many people would agree that his statement is not far fetched. I doubt you would be saying the same if he were Republican.
