What was weird is that they would hit it about every other day or so. They knew where it was, and you could watch them get up and start running toward the fence. One time, one of them was so determined, he actually got out. The field is some 5 feet wide, and he jumped before he got shocked, got shocked in the air, and landed on the other side. We couldn't believe it.

| Yeah, I've seen that happen before too. They just sprint at it full speed to the point where they just break through it. My buddy has a fence like that and the collar will actually make a warning noise to the dog, like a dog whistle type noise that you can't really hear, before it goes off. His dog will run to that point where it makes the noise and then start to creep further toward it...then gets zapped and takes off back toward the house barking. Its actually quite funny. | ||||
