Let me give a play by play of what happens:

Bull standing in pen doing the stereotypical stomping the ground thing they do
Guy aims animal taser (eg., taser made especially for animals) at bull
Bull gets hit with taser, his legs stiffen, and he falls over almost like an upside down weeble
Guy turns off taser, bull gets up pissed, and slams head into fence
Bull was unharmed.

I think it's far worse that they often castrate bulls. If I were a bull, I'd take a taser shot a day if they'd let me keep my nuts
