| I watched that yesterday via a link on our sister forum :D I came away disgusted. Over 10 cops in one room holding a man down while they tazed him in the chest (I read 5 times and I tried to count in the video but you can't really hear the tazing noise). Apparently, he was on some kind of epilepsy medication that his wife told the police about when they picked him up. Once they got to the jail, they should have just put him in a cell alone and called a doctor. The video is one giant clusterfuck. After he's dead, it took them over 5 minutes to start resuscitating him. Every last one of those cops have hopefully been fired - but I doubt it. I live in Gwinnett County btw :o | ||||

| This is why we can't let the government take our arms. It's not like the Internet created crazy police misusing their "less-lethal" force. This has been going on as long as there have been police. For the cops, it gets easier and better when the weapons they use often do not leave physical evidence. When will Americans be angry enough to start shocking them back? | ||||

| Once the doctor arrived, they could have made a decision as to whether or not it was safe to enter the cell. At the very least, they could have put him in a cell alone. Why was tasing him in a room at a jail necessary? | ||||

| maybe because he was a dangerous to himself, even his wife admits he was violent when the cops came. This video doesn't tell the entire story its missing alot | ||||

| Given the option of having over 10 cops hold him down while he's tazed 5 times in a jail cell until he's killed vs leaving him alone in the jail cell where he's free to convulse as he reacts to his condition/medication - which do you think should be police procedure in a case like this? This officers were obviously not trainined to properly handle a man in his condition. I don't think there was any conspiracy amoung them to kill this man - they just allowed things to get completely out of control. | ||||
