I dunno. For some reason the radio stations almost never report on traffic on my route. IT's always in or around Philly and then up my Trenton.

I was stuck on the highway once for 3 hours when they closed it down COMPLETELY for a major accident. They didn't even report on it untill the road had been closed for maybe an hour. I don't get it.

I think it varies from state to state. I'm guessing (based on the data the GPS unit supports) that it's receiving traffic data from GADOT in Georgia. GADOT isn't spot on as for timing, and sometimes a wreck will stay on there for half an hour after it's cleared, but for the most part it's good.

What do you expect when getting information from gaydot?
