They're not going to expect everyone else to bail them out, are they?

.................................... Insurance companys are not going to pay replacement costs if history repeats itself. Who will cover the difference? The homes for the most part are obscenely expensive. You can bet the fire insurance companys in some areas of the country will raise premimums, if they do there should be an investigation.
