Without US support Isreal probably wouldnt exist as a state & probbly in the long run the world would be facing the threat of 'zionist terrorism' demanding their homeland back

They bombed it, sure, but that might have been because OUR ambassador said our nearest ship was hundreds of miles away.

Our ship was in international waters when the Israelis fired on the ship and took hostages/prisoners. It does not matter how far away our ships were, they were in international waters. Our ships were still clearly identified. Israel had no cause to shoot at our ships. If you are defending Israel just to defend it then go ahead, most of the problems in the world come from kissing Israel's ass.

14 miles. That's how far, 14 miles. Are you saying we shouldn't care if an unidentified ship was 14 miles off the coast of virginia during a war?

In the air, fourteen miles is less than 3 minutes from shore at cruising speed. This whole "international waters" bullshit is just that, bullshit. An unidentified ship was in an area where israel didn't expect a ship to be......they were at war.......and there's a ship 14 miles off the coast. "International waters"??
