| MSNBC Commercial on CNN So I was at a bar for lunch (Yes I had a beer with my lunch :-P ) and CNN was on with the sound off. They were covering the wild fires and then went to commercial - the very first one was for Chris Mathews with the caption "Has Bush learned from Katrina?" (paraphrasing here) in relation to the wild fires. I couldn't believe it! A competing station advertising their show on there - but whatever, they want the Ad dollars I guess. Then I thought, there is no way they would let Fox News ever advertise their shows on channel. To me that is bias. Also I understand that Bush fucked up a lot, but all this was a little too much bashing for my tastes, plus knowing they would never allow Fox to advertise their message - makes them hypocritical. Anyway, I rarely watch any of the "big 3" so I don't know if this is new or this happens all the time.

| Arnold got annoyed and told people to stop comparing it to Katrina. The media is kinda going overboard with that comparison. Another thing I noticed was in Katrina Bush was chastised by all the major outlets for not going in soon enough. So he made it a point to get to California early and now all the media outlets are attacking him for showing up and being in the way. Damned if he does, damned if he doesn't. They'll find reasons to attack Bush no matter what he does. | ||||
