He is basically saying he intended to give misleading testimony, but failed. His responses went past misleading and were flatly false. In other words, when you give false statements in the court of law you have committed purjery or as we have been saying... he lied. He admitted to it after the fact. It's ok for us all to come to the same conclusion Clinton did. There's no harm in speaking the truth.

Doubtful anyone would believe she raped him, he was the one with numerous allegations of sexual harrassment.

I think the word was sexual relations. They asked him if he had sexual relations with ms. Lewinski and he said no. Then he claimed that sexual relations means intercourse and since he didn't have full on intercourse that he wasn't lying.

............................... Lets look................., I would think that if a married man got caught doing either, most wives would say there is one hell of a difference. Hell if it was the oral thing, it may not be that big a deal to some wives, on the other hand the real deal would result in castaration.

he didn't fuck her, he got a blow job. Sexual relations in some parts of the country means sexual penis in the vagina intercourse. Some trim it short to just 'relations'. I am not trying to defend it, its sketchy at best, but he can technically get away with saying he didn't have relations because his interpretation of 'relations' is different.
