Israel isn't afraid of war because they don't give a rats ass about the consequences when their bombing stops. They are not ever going to try and occupy and democratize - and why should they? They can build walls around their entire little nation to protect their own people and let the rest fend for themselves in the aftermath. We're the only fools who will waste our billions trying to make those we have bombed our friends again.

Good, then we can withdraw our suppost and let them handle these things on their own since I will be so easy for them.

agreed, i never said israel will try to democratize anyone, israel only attacks when its being attacked, it has no interest in other countriy's goings on as long as it is safe. you attack us, we destroy you, we leave and defend ourselves when you attack us again.

ya, pretty sensical foreign policy, and easy to do when you can fence yourself into a tiny nation

we aren't so fortunate (nor do we want to secure our borders it seems) so we dream up ineffective and expensive means of trying to change the world

So...we know China and Russia won't agree to sanctions. Alot of you say "that's the failure of the UN" which is total crap. Just because the US and Israel have a position on something EVERYONE HAS TO AGREE? Are they not allowed to think for themselves? Are they not allowed to look after their own interests? Iran is no threat to anyone except the dumbshits that confront them. The dumbshits that are constantly harping at them. You think China is scared of Iran? Iran has no issue with China. Iran has no issue with Russia. Could it be that Iran has legit beef with US and Israel?

"Bomb Iran" is a constant harping on here which I don't understand. Do you guys not look at the news? We bombed Afghanistan. We bombed Iraq. What the fuck did that accomplish? Say what you want, Iran doesn't fuck with us at this point. They talk, yes, Chavez does the same thing. Castro does the same thing. But it's talk. If we bomb Iran it's going to do NOTHING to help Israel stay safe and it will do NOTHING but increase the hatred people have for us in the Muslim countries. "Leave them the fuck alone" and "let Israel fend for themselves" are more viable options than you guys want to give them credit for.

For reason people think the UN is supposed to be the world government or the diplomatic propaganda machine of the US

The UN is just the place for world diplomacy, thats why EVERYONE is allowed in...

Of course, conservatives mock the UN monday, use it Tuesday, and mock it again wednesday...its really quite humorous
