I have been going to the reenactments for years and now our Cub Scout Pack goes every year.
It's cool enough that a friend and I checked into it but it's expensive as hell. A few thousand $ to get started. It's not that cool. | ||||

we did used to have a civil war dance in the little town i grew up in though. we'd all dress up in authentic dress and have dinner and have a real band come.... that was fun too. | ||||
