I know most of you don't support Ron Paul

But if you happened to catch the interview on Leno last night, I think it says something when a comedian asks honest, non loaded questions, allows time for him to respond, LISTENS, and can ask follow up questions

For those that want to watch
Ron Paul talks to Jay Leno

Compare this type of questioning with Oreily, Hannity, or Matthews and it is totally different. How is it the "journalists" completely suck at interviewing someone yet a man that makes jokes on others for a living conducts a substantive interview?

Watching now. The fact that Leno seemed genuinely happy to have him on raises Leno up a little bit in my eyes.

Leno is upbeat, he treats his guests well from what I know. Granted, he isn't trying to "get in it" with anyone, but the fact he asks genuine questions and can follow up with intelligent follow ups is good.

Is it ok that I haven't made up my mind yet? I'll support the best candidate when the election comes.

Good interview. I agree with your comments regarding Hannity. He's a complete idiot who attempts to brainwash his audience by boiling down issues to one extreme or another and appealing to raw emotion. He is scum who uses false patriotism for his own personal gain.

Instead of working to see that the best candidate in your mind becomes the nominee for their party?

Great interview, I hope his campaign continues to do well in the coming months.. even if he doesn't win, he should run every time. He's quite charismatic and I agree with him that the message has incredibly wide appeal..

Is there any indication of support in Iowa or New Hampshire? Volunteers there, etc?

He's 72. I don't think he has many more chances to run after this.

His medical analogy really sucked. If you are a doctor and you make a mistake you correct it. You don't say "close the patient" and wish everybody good luck. You can debate policy, but just giving up in frustration and pretending it has no consequence is not leadership.

And he is lucky he never met John Edwards in a courtroom while an Ob/Gyn!

I don't think he can make Lincoln jokes like Reagan?

Maybe knowing Teddy Roosevelt or Woodrow Wilson?

If you open someone up and find that what you're trying isn't working, then you try something else. THAT is the analogy, not just "hope for the best." He's saying that our foreign policy over the past 50 years hasn't worked, and we need to try something else.

Is Ron Paul saying we have had the same Foreign Policy over the last 50 years and it has never worked?

A female friend said she was supporting Guiliani when I brought up Ron Paul.

Shockingly enough, her exact answer when I asked why was, "Don't you think he did a good job on 9/11?"

NO
