dude, i clearly remember watching on TV after the hurricane hit as the help rolled in. it was NOT a week before they moved out.

He's referring to what he was involved with, and has many stories about how much of a cluster fuck the federal reaction was to the situation

The Feds had to wait for the governor to authorize use of troops. so the governor made the call but as you said she made the call after you were waiting for 2 days. This only backs up my previous posts on how the blame needs to rest first on the local and state government.
