| well it was only by 4, but i'll take it. my company reserved the second floor of a bar downtown and we could invite friends, so naturally i did. Free booze and food for the duration of the game. awesome time! my friends simone and brian came, and ballz brought his gf who was in town for the weekend too. she's pretty damned cool if I don't say so myself. (personally i think he's unworthy )anyway, i guess with the copious amounts of boozing i've been doing lately my ability to drink drink drink and not get drunk drunk drunk is vastly improving (if you can call that improving) and damned if I didn't down at least 2 pitchers myself and not get drunk. oh well good times. and my friend Simone on left and Ballz' gf on right got jiggy with it after we won.....

| Wow, that was much closer than I thought. Although the refs seemed to really pick on the pats quite a bit. There were two flat out no question wrong calls with pass interferenace that resulted in more than 100 yards loss. Thats a TD right there. Then the Pat's defense totally failed for the first 3 quarters to stop anything at all. Addai was running the ball for 1st downs virtually at will. We only saw the "real" pats in the 4th quarter when they seemed to finally get it together. You could tell that Brady was rattled throughout the game too. He has thrown 2 interceptions all season, and he threw 2 in one game last night. I am sure that Belechik will be reaming out the entire team for days because of that game. | ||||

| I think the sack at the start of the patriots first drive really messed with thier heads and set the tone for the entire first half of the game. They didn't really pull it together till late in the game. Very uncharacteristic for them. They were lucky to come out with a win. | ||||

| I doubt it. The crowd was definitely loud when the pats had the ball and extremely quiet when the colts had it, but I doubt they were using the stadium speakers to make it louder. | ||||

During the first play of the fourth quarter, the noise from the crowd contained a strange effect. It almost sounded like my kid was working the "Whammy Bar" while playing Guitar Hero. We don't know whether that noise could be heard in the stadium, but it was obvious on the television broadcast. And it invites speculation as to whether the Colts are indeed piping in phony music -- and whether there was a malfunction of some sort on Sunday that offered proof of it. | Why? Because they were doing something that all teams do? Everyone is using the so called "cheating" thing as a bandawagon hate the pats club because they have been so dominant over the past few years and people are tired of them always winning. So everyone says, Oh yeah they win because they are cheating, which is total hogwash. | ||||
