They are all giving away trips. funny that Subaru had a tent too, but considering one of the factors i bought a subaru for was to go boarding whenever in whatever weather, i understand. so my friend Brian and I went over to the Subaru tent, cause we both own subarus, to see what they were doing. well they had a box to fill out your info, name, address, phone, email, and you could win a tv. i put in two entries for good measure. and low and behold. i got out of work early yesterday, met my roommate, drove the backroads (WAY too much traffic on the highway) down to New England Subaru in Norwood Mass, and they had a sign in the window saying "Congratulations, Lindsay Rocks!" of course they spelled my name wrong, but whatever. they took pics of me infront of a subaru, hugging the TV in the box and jumping up and down. they said they were glad it went to a subaru owner and someone who obviously wasn't rich and really appreciated it. we got home and set it up right away. i can't even tell you how fucking awesome it is. gotta get a HD box for it today!!!! they did give me a W-9 for it, but i'm wondering if i even need to fill it out, cause they didn't take my social or even my birthdate. they didn't even ask me for proof of id when i picked it up.... hmmmm. oh well. Ends up lil 'ole greensboro NC, which has about 8 stations we can pick up using a regular antenna has 15 HD channels we can pick up. And they look FANTASTIC. Nice cheep way to get HD, almost free! | ||||
