| He's silencing Islamic radical critics who said he conducted 9/11 poorly Even in radical circles of Islam, you are supposed to offer the person a chance to convert to Islam before you attack him, bin Laden didn't do that He's not a religious scholar, he needs their backing or else he is powerless | ||||

| oh he's offering us a chance to convert before he kills us? how thoughtful of him. so he's not a scholar, and he's nothing without their backing; does that mean that what he says is of no value? | ||||

| So if their Jihad is about conversion.... Then wouldn't that have less to do with Facism? Therefore, they are not "Islamic Facists"? | ||||

And dont most fundamentalists views at least border on Facism? And I still wonder what I would get out of conversion? Do I become one of the 72 virgins?

| I want to see the whole video. This doesn't make sense as it's been presented. On the one hand, the clip is represented as saying, "convert or die." That makes it sounds like conversion to Islam is their goal. On the other hand, I saw a clip of the American faggot saying that they have no choice but to defend themselves and they want us to keep our poison to ourselves. So is conversion not the goal? Do they really just want to be left alone and the who invitation to islam thing was an irrelevant bit of advice? I'm really curious as to what these people want, and this seems contradictory. | ||||

| This "convert or die" campaign is going to be about as successful as Puff Daddy's "vote or die" I mean, I guess they figure it's okay to rip off his ideas since he samples so often in his songs, but you'd think they'd be a little more original with the slogan. | ||||

It seems to me that these people at first were perfectly happy forcing their belief system in their own country and region. And then we go in 20-30 odd years ago, and start stepping on their soil, and well, we made enemies in the religious world. I mean, these people believe that if non-believers even step foot onto their holy sites, that it's a reason to jihad against them, we have severely pissed off the muslim world over the past 30 years.

The last thing he commanded them was to go and make disciples, so one of the things that we teach every person that we baptize is to go and make disciples. So, every single Christian, every single disciple has been given the charge by Jesus to go and make disciples, who can make disciples, who can make disciples, who can make disciples...” Kip McKean Evangelism is nothing to be ashamed of, it’s not religious, and no, it’s not optional. | amazing how you can just make things up with a few single wordsthe first line you have emboldened says that Jesus has made it their responsibility to make disciples. however, he does not specify how to do so. if you paste the rest of the Bible, you will know that making disciples through preaching is the method of doing so, not by force. the rest of the Bible also describes a personal choice of accepting christianity. that is very clear. the second emboldened words you paste hardly have anything to do with christians converting by force. when something is rapidly progressing, rapidly moving, etc. one can say it is forceful. again, not because christians are forcing people to become christians. that is the worst attempt to use the Bible yet

| So forceful doesn't mean force, and requires means...actually you never got around to twisting that part You could have the bible saying "put a sword against a jews throat and threaten to cut him unless he converts" and you'd go 'LOL CLEARLY HE IS TALKING ABOUT THE SWORD OF TRUTH, WHICH THE BIBLE IS, BECAUSE WE ALL KNOW THE BIBLE IS TRUE, AND CUT HIM MEANS TO CUT AWAY HIS MISCONCEPTIONS, ITS ALL NICE, OMFG STOP TWISTING MY BIBLE' im guessing this argument won't end until you get someone to say the Koran is the source of all evil and the Bible is the source of all good well I don't have time to play semantics all day /thread | ||||

| I've never studied the Bible so I don't pretend to know it's meaning. But I don't think there's many Christians in the world today looking to kill others if they don't convert. | ||||
