It may end up being the same, but I hope not.

This is a tough one to predict, but I'll go out on a limb. Dems: 1. Obama 2. Edwards 3. Clinton Repubs: 1. Huckabee 2. Romney 3. McCain I hope I'm wrong and Paul makes a top 3 showing. I think all the other supporters of the non-top three Dems will choose Edwards or Obama, so Hillary might make a surprisingly weak third place finish. It's just a hunch I have. | ||||

| My top three projection on the republican side: Romney Paul Huckabee I would hope the christian conservatives have done their homework and realize Huckabee is pro amnesty for criminal immigrants; although he does his best to dress it up a bit. Also, I hope they have learned that Huckabee has misrepresented the fact he has a theology degree. If a candidate will lie about that, he will lie about anything !! Paul's supporters are loyal and devoted. They will sit through a hurricane to have their voice heard. Of all the CFR sponsored candidates, Romney will probably pull it out. On the Demo side I take top three as: Edwards Obama Clinton I think Iowans will recognize Clinton is the easiest candidate to beat in the general. There are so many skeletons in the Clinton closet, there will be one scandal after another. Obama and Clinton are ready to sell your soul to get the votes of illegal criminal immigrants... but Edwards has successfully side stepped the issue of amnesty and might just pull it off for that reason. | ||||

| I wonder if Biden will get a jump in the polls by pointing out another candidates "Foot in Mouth?" January 2, 2008 Biden highlights Clinton Pakistan gaffe Posted: 02:35 PM ET Biden got tough on Clinton over her recent comments on Pakistan. ![]() (CNN) — Democrat Joe Biden suggested Tuesday that presidential rival Hillary Clinton doesn't adequately understand recent events in Pakistan. The Delaware senator was responding to news that Clinton suggested in two recent interviews that Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf is up for reelection this month.Musharraf was actually reelected in October, and the upcoming Pakistani elections are parliamentary, not presidential. "We have a number of candidates who are well-intentioned but don't understand Pakistan," Biden said at a campaign event Tuesday. "One of the leading candidates — God love her." "There are good people running," continued the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, who has made his foreign policy credentials a centerpiece of his long shot presidential bid. "But to say Musharraf is up for election! Musharraf was elected — fairly or unfairly — president six months ago. It's about a parliamentary election!" Clinton's comments came in an interview with ABC Sunday, in which she said, "[Musharraf] could be the only person on the ballot. I don't think that's a real election." The New York senator also made similar comments during an interview with CNN's Wolf Blitzer last week, saying then, ""If President Musharraf wishes to stand for election, then he should abide by the same rules that every other candidate will have to follow." Both gaffes were first noted by conservative Thomas Houlahan, writing for the Middle East Times. The Clinton campaign has not yet returned a request for comment on Biden's comments, but said yesterday the New York Democrat was referring to Musharraf's party, not himself in particular. | That story should get more air time than it has been getting. She completely got the entire political aspect of Pakistan wrong in many ways this past week. Over and over again she has blundered in her speech of Pakistan mixing up her facts and just completely talking out of her ass all the while preaching about her experience and not needing on the job training. | ||||
