| No tangible experience.. as what? A Senator? You don't think anything he's done in his life would prepare him for the job? And yeah, I really don't know what he'd do as President aside from get everyone together over smores to sing kumbaya .. he needs to get more substantive in his message and start talking about more than hope and dreams and unicorns and rainbows, start focusing on specific policy stuff.. etc. | ||||

Let's just say, one does not become a CEO of an established company after 4 yrs at middle management. | ||||

| Wow, I thought it was just me. I got in a big argument with some one about my choice not to back him. I just did not understand where he stood on major policies and issues. I refuse to vote just on a person's color but apparently there are many that will. Maybe if he really talked of substance and not something from the old H.R. Puff and Stuff dreams then maybe I would be more willing. | ||||

| I don't think that Obama's lack of experience is the problem in itself, I think his lack of a logically sound plan is. The things he wants to do can be argued as good or bad, but what they can't be argued as, is affordable. It's simple, we cannot afford to continue at our level of spending. We also cannot afford to continue at probably half our level of spending. The first baby boomers started becoming eligible for social security not long ago. I think it's 78 million that will continue to do so over the next 20 years. Gentlemen... and ladies... we promised to pay these people, but our production isn't going to be enough to cover it, even if we gave it all. The only mathematical solution that makes sense is to stop what we're doing and start over. Universal healthcare will only speed us to our demise. More social programs will only speed us to our demise. One can argue till they are blue in the face over the morality of socialism vs capitalism vs pink and purple polka dot-ism, but it doesn't change the fact that our figurative bank account is empty, and we're screwed. Big time. On the bright side, maybe people like Obama or Hillary can speed us on our way to the final realization | ||||

| It looks as if he is sick and tired of surrogate attacks from Bill Clinton: DRUDGE: EXCLUSIVE: OBAMA RIPS INTO BILL CLINTON MONDAY DURING ABC INTERVIEW WITH 'GOOD MORNING AMERICA' HOST ROBIN ROBERTS... SAYS HE FEELS LIKE HE RUNNING AGAINST BOTH CLINTONS... Bill 'has taken his advocacy on behalf of his wife to a level that I think is pretty troubling. He continues to make statements that are not supported by the facts. Whether it's about my record of opposition to the war in Iraq or our approach to organizing in Las Vegas. This has become a habit and one of the things that we're gonnna have to do is to directly confront Bill Clinton when he's making statements that are not factually accurate'... DEVELOPING.... | ||||
