Sorry, but that can be attributed to certain people and events. Just like a lot of people on this board complain how blacks continually act like victims, the Jews can be viewed the same way...but they are not. Wonder why? All I hear is "slavery is over, get over it." Well, "Hitler is dead, get over it." can be used just as well. Why isn't it?

I don't know but they don't seem to assimalate very well. They do not become part of the great american melting pot but keep their own religion, and culture, and in this country the first generations were very good at saving for their future. Making very little money but becoming owners to pass on capital to their children who they stressed good educations for. Many now have capital and they help each other out financially. I know many people did this, but they were very good at it. Jealosy has a great deal to do with the hate yes, and their staying seperate.

The words you say mean things. Are we supposed to read them as they are written or not? But after reading your other posts I guess your use of "full" was a pretty accurate representation of your feelings.

I think we have a winner here. I have heard this one before. I don't understand it but have heard it before.

I have dealt with several business dealings with Jewish folk and lets just say it was not fun. They tried to get a good product for a lot less then market rate and then complained about every detail after the fact when I finally did give them what they asked for. Usually the business deals do not end amicably. I am fine with Jewish folk on the whole I hesitantly do business with them when I have to. They seem to have a real sense of what money is and means as handed down to them from their elders. Other then this they are no different then you or I so I don't get the reasons why there is hate against them.

I guess its like most questions...... why do people hate other folks that are different from themselves whether its skin color, religion, or sex?

There was a Christian notion that the Anti-christ would come from a Jewish house. This is one of the reasons for the early dislike of Jews in Europe and was a big justification used to kill/persecute them. Also, Judaism would represent the same political threat that the gnostics, Nestorians and monophysites did to the Catholic and eastern Orthodox churches thus they were persecuted like the other smaller religious branches and suffered from mass negative propaganda from the church, of which there is still residue of.

Martin Luther was also rather anti-semitic and his writings very heavily influenced areas such as Germania, his writings had vast influences on people such as Hitler. The Nazis spread their psuedo-science to the Middle East where they found an attentive audience of the Arab nationalists who were currently in conflict with Jewish Nationals over what is now Israel. Tension between Arabs and Jews eventually lead to the erruption of anti-Jewish feelings in Arab countries, and increasingly in Muslim countries over the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Then there are a lot of people, such as myself, who are deemed anti-semitic because we don't support Israel in everything that it does. You lobby criticism against Israel which is a "Jewish state" and you are automatically labeled by many as a Jew hater.

Well I think much of the recent (last 200 years) reasoning expressed has been the substantial involvement of Jewish (culture) people who have actively pursued Socialism/Communism. The NAZI Germans viewed the Jews as Communist change agents, and blamed them for Bolshevism. This is how the German people were brought to fear/hate the Jewish people.

There is circumstantial evidence to back these views, but such evidence is not logically sound.

It really is one of those chicken/egg things.

When a group shares the notion that everyone is out to get them, they become more cohesive and self protective (i.e. white nationalism). This serves to make the group more susceptible to being controlled as a group.

When you add these factors together, outsiders view them as a collective threat. They perceive them to be selfish, self centered, self interested and at odds against outsiders. Again.. think white nationalist.

I suppose it is simply an unavoidable dynamic of social evolution since people have an innate interest in assimilation into a group that they share a common identity and purpose with.

When you distill the issue to its base, Jews are likely hated because they are better at serving their own interests that other groups are.

why would Jews want communism, there is no religion in communism.

There were many ethnic Jews involved in the Bolshevik and the Menshevik political movements because Jews had suffered persecution and discrimination under the Russian csar and were eager to overthrow the current Russian regime.

In fact it was this russian persecution of Jews that lead to the first mass immigration of Jews from Russia to what is now modern day Israel.
