What other issues does he stand for besides illegal immigration?

His entire show is pretty much dedicated to that one issue, but I don't ever really hear him talking about the other important issues our country faces

if he ran for president and it got 3-8%, that combined with Ron Paul would be one way Obama could beat McCain

You mean Clinton?

ha...

I think no matter who the Republicans throw out there, they lost and yes, I think Ron Paul will run as an independent, but will be hard pressed to take Democrat votes, except those of Kucinich, which doesn't amount to much.

So I still stand by Clinton as our next President, and will do everything in my power to keep spreading Ron Paul's message till November and beyond.

Lou Dobbs has had many opportunities to defend Ron Paul, like when Paul was asked during the debate about the NAU. I watched Dobbs for a few days after that and he didn't say word one about it. Why? Why? Why? This was a perfect opportunity for him as it was on the minds of many, especially new listeners who watched the debate.

The only answer is that I could come up with is that "he" wants to be the independent candidate and didn't want to give his competition any strength.

RP is the libertarian with some social conservatism, Dobbs is the anti-immigration fanatic...two different breeds of conservatism that will only drain GOP votes

Dobbs is a one-trick pony. He'd be a horrible president, for MANY reasons.

YouTube - Colbert on Middle Class

I saw this a few nights ago. Colbert had Dobbs on but used his 'alter-ego' Esteban Colberto to interview him. When he entered the interview the camera was in 'night vision' mode and he cut through a chain-link fence to get to the interview table.

Who needs writers?
