I don't think I've seen a campaign in years come up with great ads time after time again, Ford is running a slick campaign too, but I have to give Lamont the tip of the hat here

I think the trick is that (i heard) he is using businesses that usually only work for corporations, and they are better equipped than partisan media firms to produce ads

So, what you're saying is... The free market businesses are better than the government specific businesses. Who knew?

Decent ad though, better than most.

considering the airwaves, ad corporations, etc are heavily regulated, I'd hardly call either "free market"

However, these are both private sector companies, the difference is you pick private sector companies that work outside the beltway

But I agree, it's certainly better than your standard "unflattering picture of opponent, dramatic music, smear opponent with voiceover" ad.

What I would have added though, is having the middle aged angry guy add as his last line "just who do you think you are criticizing this country?" that would have really hit the mark in the CT crowd, I think anyway

The "Who's Joe" and Where's Joe" Ads are good as well.
