Readings include the declaration of independence, federalist papers, stephen douglas and abrahman lincoln, exchange on state sovereignty, the constitution, Alexis De Tocqueville Equality and Commerce, several Alexander Hamiliton selections, Abraham Lincoln, on the Suspension of the Writ of Habeus Corpus, Clinton vs. Jones, Thomas Jefferson, Against Judicial Review, Bush v. Gore, Robert Bork Testimony before the Senate, Milton Friedman, Capitalism and Freedom, Roe v. Wade and on and on.

This is going to be badass class
